After many years volunteering for Kew Park Rangers Hywel Davies is moving on to pursue other interests. He has been accepted into art college and is pursuing his dream to be the next Banksy!
Hywel has supported the club in various roles for almost 20 years, from a coach to Club Secretary and in the last couple of years he has been the glue that has held the club together. Without his tireless effort the club would have really struggled the last few years.
With Hywel moving on it has given us a kick to make sure all his duties are covered and we take the club from strength to strength. With huge thanks to Dave Morgan who is stepping into the Club Secretary role and other volunteers, such as Igor Bosnjak and Ken Hunnisett, that are stepping up to bring new leadership and fresh ideas to improve the club, the enthusiasm is fantastic.
Hywel is still handing over activities and tasks until the end of August, so if you see him please stop and pass on your thanks.
The KPR community will miss him hugely and wish him all the very best.
